"You can really sense the thoughts and the breathing of the people engaged in the reconstruction. There are a great many stunning photographs that truly capture the current state of the disaster area. Photos like that of the infant receiving the baby massage and the smiling faces of the children bring the greatest sense of relief. Now that the Reconstruction Agency has been launched, I intend to make all-out efforts to speed up the area’s recovery and reconstruction."
