"There are many things that the Noda Cabinet must do.  In fact, as a politician, there are a great many things that I would like to say that I wish to do.  But I consider it my role to resolve one by one those matters that must be taken care of.  Before I talk about what I would like to do, I need to overcome one by one the enormous mountain of tasks that I have to do."
