"Social security will be needed by everyone. Therefore, we should support each other through taxation that has a sense of fairness, not targeting a particular someone but rather through an intergenerational "all Japan" effort. Strong kizuna bonds of mutual support emerged after the recent earthquake disaster. Social security too is exactly like that, with a system of mutual support across generations constructed through insurance premiums and taxes and so on."
